REVISIONAL SURGERY

Revisional eyelid surgery, also called revisional or secondary blepharoplasty, corrects poor results from prior surgery. As the anatomy is distorted and there is scarring within the tissue, revisional surgery is more complex than the first procedure. Revisional eyelid surgery should only be performed by an experienced oculoplastic surgeons with the highest level of expertise.
